I’m Jordan Fontenot, but if you’re on this page I think it’s safe to assume you already knew that.
As long as I can remember, I’ve had a fascination with creating something out of nothing. When I was in 5th grade, I got my hands on my parents’ camcorder and I’ve never looked back. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to grow up to be a filmmaker. I grew up making shorts with my friends, stop motion animations, terrible video games, anything I could do to be creative.
I’m not saying I made anything substantial back then, but that drive brought me through film school and carries me to this very day.
I currently work as an editor and Development Associate for the TV industry in New York City, as well as a freelance filmmaker. But I never stop experimenting and making things that interest me.
What do I do?
Good question. I never stop learning new things and expanding my library of tools, but these are my top skills.
